George Pig Trail 7 - Peppa Pig Traditional Cache
peppa pig and george: This series has had a good run for the last few years. A few of the placements have been compromised a few times and we feel the time is right to archive both the Peppa and George Pig series. Hopefully this will free up the area for other cache opportunities. We will collect the caches in the next few days and relocate any Travel Bugs.

This is the seventh and final cache of the George Pig Trail series. George has arranged to meet his big sister Peppa in the park and he will meet some of their other friends on the way.
The series comprises of 7 traditional caches on a mainly flat circular walk of 3.7 miles along well marked public footpaths (no stiles) and roads around the Keresley/Coundon area of Coventry. All caches are located on or within 1.5 metres of Public footpaths and roads.
The suggested parking location is at Coundon Hall Park (opposite entrance to the Royal Court Hotel on Tamworth Road) at:

If this car park is full (Sunday mornings during football season) alternative nearby parking can be found at John Reays Golf Driving Centre in Sandpits Lane, or the White Lion PH between caches 6 and 7. Excellent refreshments are available at both these locations.
After finding or not finding Pedro Pony cache proceed along the road in a south westerly direction, passing the White Lion PH, to the Wedge Road island (Peppa Pig Trail 6 cache located around here) where you can cross the road to enter Coundon Hall Park/Wood.
The cache is a small round 300ml screwtop container. At time of placement it contained a log book, pencil, sharpener and assorted Peppa Pig themed badges and fridge magnets. This is a very high muggle density area so please be careful when looking for and replacing the cache.
