This cache is a magnetic 35mm film pot located at about 0.5m above ground level. I believe this cache is accessible to wheelchair cachers.
WINTER UPDATE:
This cache is above ground level and should still be accessible during snowy weather.
This area is likely to be Muggle Central in warm weather.
(So that's not at this time of year then, is it!)
Once you are on the correct level, the Satellite View and Additional Hint should make this an easy find.
Please still use stealth when retrieving and replacing this cache.
