MRF2 #03 Traditional Cache

Part of the MRF2 Micros aRe Fun 2 series created by UTIVOL. A fairly quick
and easy park and grab micro.
This cache is in the middle of one of the most densely-populated caching areas around. I noticed there was a spot that had a minimum .1 mile space in both directions before you hit another cache, and thought, gee, there's no guardrail for a GRF cache, but there's another neat spot for a micro. Well, this is the perfect spot to add another micro, so here it is!
