NOTE on the lock. As Paleoman states, the
combination must still be in place to close the lock all the way.
Once closed, give all the dials a spin to secure it. It is quite
finiky.
Also, a word of advice. When I placed this cache, I thought I
could take a shortcut across the canal. WRONG! The ice did not hold
me. While I am typing this my foot is just beginning to thaw out!
