"Where The Rubber Meets The Road" Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

hollora: GONE!

This had a long ride and lots of people had fun. Regretfully as I looked where it had been hidden, it is apparent the way it was hidden is not longer as secure as it was. The conduit has been pulled away from the structure and is no longer a good hiding place.

Thank you to all you visited and the nice comments I received. Also thanks to the business which gave me permission to place this on their property!

How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

An urban NANO. FOR YOU TO SIGN THE LOG YOU WILL HAVE TO BRING A TOOL (TWEEZERS), REMOVE THE LOG FROM THE CONTAINER AND REPLACE THE LOG. Placed by permission of the business owner. This is on the property of a business - do not be shy but do not block their business parking during working hours - park to the side. They know you may be searching - wave and if you need a bathroom - they have nice ones - identify yourself as a Geocacher when you go in.

The cache title is a hint as to the general location or type of business - and I am hoping to do some more caches based on advertising slogans. We will see.

Find the cache and when you do your log here on line - what company used this in their advertising? Let's see how many people know.

Anyway ~ A traditional urban nano in a high muggle area (lots of houses and apartments). The business knows this is there BUT the caution would be from street folks and nearby apartments. Use a bit of stealth please! It is possible to block what you are doing and pretend to be doing something else.

Please replace as found - this is tucked away so the curious folk who comes over to see what you are doing may not just "casually" observe it. Please replace as found - tucked away and as high as you found it.

Aother "downtown" Bangor cache - placed with permission. Congrats on the FTF goes to Mainiac1957!
