This has been placed as a memorial to Spock, my thirteen and a half year old lurcher who went to Rainbow Bridge, suddenly with a suspected heart attack, on the 12th December 2009. Spock used to love walking in this area when we stayed with a muggle friend who owns this field.
Striker, Spock's son on the path near the cache, at the top of the photo is Lucy.
Striker and Lucy (his mother) have since joined Spock at Rainbow Bridge. Lucy was 15 and Striker 14.
The cache is now a turtle which, at the time of placing, only contains a log book - BYOP. There is room for coins and small TB's.
PLEASE NOTE: It is not necessary to enter the garden to retrive the cache.
I have upgraded difficulty rating to 2.5 as it can be tricky reaching the cache in the spring and summer. Be warned the cache is guarded by a crop of nettles so don't attempt it when wearing shorts!!!
