Pipe Up Traditional Cache

This is the first geocache I've hidden. I was walking along this trail when I saw an interesting "feature" and thought it would be a good place for a cache. A few days later, I got laryngitis--which naturally led to the name of this cache. The cache is NOT in the pipe. (It used to be, but it kept disappearing, so I changed the location a bit.)
The cache is a small pill bottle hidden near a riverside path. The easiest way to get to the path is from the visitor parking area behind a tall office building. I don't know if it's okay to park there if you're not really a visitor, but you can park in the free parking section (top) of the nearby parking garage. You will need to leave the path a bit, but there is no need to go wading. If the river is running really high, please let me know, and I'll temporarily disable the cache.
The best times to get this are before 8 AM and after 4 PM on weekdays, or on the weekends, because then there are no office workers in the building.
