An unusual sub-micro in MLK Shoreline in Oakland CA

How much do you know about dinosaurs? See below for photo of what an ankylosaurus looked like. Looked like a lizard crossed with a Sherman Tank with a tail built for crushing things! Interesting adaptations.

It is estimated from the fossil record that an adult ankylosaurus was 20-30 feet from nose to tail, stood about 4-5 feet tall at the shoulders & hips and weighed 10,000 pounds. The club end of the tail would be comparable to a small wrecking ball (2 ft. across). Ankylosaurus had to eat a huge amount of low-lying plant material to sustain itself so its gut must have been very large. It probably had a fermentation compartment to aid in the digestion of the tough plant material, producing prodigious amounts of gas! (Dino-Fart!)

For comparison a 2009 Ford Taurus is 17 feet long, and weighs 3700 pounds.
