The cache is in a 3.4 litre clip lock plastic container located on a lovely walk along the deep, secluded Cwm Gwaun glacial valley.
It is most easily approached from the village of Llanychaer, near Fishguard. After parking on the village green, walk towards Dinas and over the bridge before joining the well-marked footpath.
The path can be muddy underfoot so sturdy footwear is recommended.
The valley was formed as a sub glacial meltwater channel of the formidable Irish Sea glacier.
Cwm = Valley, Gwaun = the name of the river that flows through the valley.
