Using public land wisely!! Who knew this was hidden back here?
Dedicated in June 2009, this location is the permanent establishment for the newest Baltimore County career fire department. This new facility replaces the "temporary" one that was built, just north of this location, in 1997 and consisted of a trailer and garage. With the new facility, the northern part of Baltimore County will now have career fire and medical protection 24/7. The facility has a bunk room, three pull-through bays, a weight room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a diesel exhaust removal system.
This was our first hide so advice from those who find it will be welcomed! The coordinates were logged after averaging 8 approaches to the site with an accuracy of 11ft. Approaches were done on cloudy and sunny days. Watch out for thorns and hidden rocks or logs under the tall grasses.
Due to the lengthy construction, this area has become very difficult to traverse and search. Therefore, I am increasing the difficulty.
