This cache is located on the way to GC1M4BW Wigley's. 4WD access to the location is on at track near the 'Welcome to Alice Springs' sign, north of town. The track is at S23 (degrees) 39.236 E133 (deg.) 51.750. Track leads to the old Stuart Hwy, drive carefully along disintegrating bitumen.
A 2WD access (4WD is still recommended - this track is a bit chopped up) exists further up the Stuart Hwy about 5km north of the Welcome to Alice sign. To access this track, look for the quarry turn off on the left and then directly opposite on the right (eastern side of Stuart Hwy) is a good gravel track that leads into the Telegraph Stn.
Cache is not on the "FordTaj", but nearby started out with log book, pencil, stash note and some path tags. Redcentadazza has agreed to be the cache minder for us.
