Located off North Main Street in a public parking lot (the parking lot is one-way traffic). It is located across the street from a favorite downtown restaurant. If you like Italian food, then stop by around meal time.
Thin pliers or tweezers may be useful.
The difficulty is set without the hint. If you want the challenge, don't use the hint. If you can't find the cache, the hint is there to prevent DNFs.
