A puzzle cache for lovers of those chintzy BBC science fiction programmes.
The "Torchwood" series, like the American "Stargate" series, seems to centre around a team of operatives who monitor some sort of time/space continuum rift.
Any aliens wandering through the gate are swiftly dealt with and despatched back to the other side of the galaxy if they won't be friends.
First aired in October 2006 in the UK, "Torchwood" finally made it to Australia in June 2007.
The show has its roots in another BBC science fiction series and many references were made in that series during 2005/6 to whet the appetite of viewers.
"Torchwood" has been variously described as an 'adults' version of the series it is a spin off from.

To find the location of the other end of the space/time rift and the cache, you will need to doctor the order of the letters and their corresponding numbers into a new set of coordinates.
During the transmogrification, the similar elements of the coordinates should remain in the same order.
To find the cache will require a walk in the woods.
UFO sightings have been commonplace in these parts and the name of the park directly references the mysterious glow seen coming from within on nights when the moon is new.
