We have the "back room" reserved for a night of bidding Victory Mike and his lovely ladies the Pirate of the Woods and of course the mini POW adieu in their move to Marquette for Mike's new job
The newlyweds are picking up all their toys and leaving town! He adamantly refuses to consider commuting, so with a heavy heart, we bid them fare thee well as they journey so far away from SE Michigan.
We're going to hold an evening event that VM can actually attend...and I know this for sure because I set it up with the boss...his wife!
Feel free to get there whenever you can. This is not black tie, nor is it a formal event where Grandma gets out the best china and the real silver. This is for fun and for one last chance to pick on Mike and his family for all the swamps that we have marched through, the marshes we've sunk into, the unnecessary bushwacking, the thorns, the snakes and the muck.... all in the name of caching "fun" with Victory Mike.
I considered trying to keep this a surprise, but his wife tells me that she has created a monster...he is now online in every possible way....heavens!
Bring your favorite memory or as the case may be..your favorite horror story of caching with these folks... as we try to laugh off our sadness at seeing them leave the area.
