KABOOM!! HAPPY NEW YEARS Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

redhatjudyh: navigatorhubby and I check out this cache and it is missing. They have primed, painted and moved the "receptacle". We debated whether to replace it, but decided it has been a bit of a hassle and we going to archive it instead. Could be resurrected in the future.

Geocache Description:

CONGRATS REVEILLE 44 ON THE FTF AND YOUR 300TH FIND. Appreciate you found it with my cache. Took your advise on bumping up difficulty. Thanks.

Welcome to Cridersville. For a small town, there is a lot of history here. Why are there no store fronts? Who settled it? What catastrophes have happened here? This cache is right outside of the Cridersville History Museum. If you are here on the first or third Sunday, stop in to see what makes this town unique. Cridersville sits on the Allen/Auglaize County line. In 1856, Ephraim Crider and his oldest son Isaac started Cridersville. All 24 lots were west of what is now the railroad.

I gave a difficulty rating of 2.5 because of the type of container and 1.5 terrain because of possible muggles.

I almost named this “That just isn’t right!!” That is what my husband and son said when I showed them the cache container. Bring a tweezer..just in case.

It was snowy when I took the coordinates. Hopefully, I will not have to change them. But let me know if they are off. This is my first hide.
