Geocache Description:

A great little boat or canoe ride to a hidden mangrove channel.

The cache is located in the bend of a hidden mangrove channel between Dholes Rocks and Deepwater Bend boat ramps. The channel is only accessible with enough water, so check your tides. You will need to disembark your vessel and remember to take some mozzie spray. We hid the cache from a canoe, but I have also travelled this channel in a tinnie. The cache itself is a 1 litre container, hidden above the water line. The accuracy on the GPS was not all that hot, the hint will give you better guidance if you are really lost. You will definitely need some type of water transport. I would NOT recomend trying to swim here. There is NO access from the land side.
