The BPA trail should be familiar to most Federal Way natives, perhaps you walk your dog here every morning, or take a jog, or like me this trail served the purpose of transporting you across town as a teen. That being the case I know these trails like the back of my hand, and believe me there are alot of side trails. This cache is located off of one of these side trails, not the main paved trail. If you begin your caching adventure from a different location then the coordinates I provided please be aware that you cannot access this cache directly from the main paved trail, you will need to find how to get on the side trail system. If you use the provided coordinates then you will already be on the side trail system and should never come in contact with the main paved trail. Some bushwhacking will be required as the cache is about 75 feet off the dirt trail, but it does follow a light animal path that should be easy to follow. As always please replace the cache as it was found so future cachers can enjoy the experience.
