Neener FIVE v2 Mystery Cache

If you know the theme behind the “Neener” series you may want to
blow a “Neener” to the passing traffic on HWY50. Look around and
you'll see evidence that some people are smarter in their approach
to travelling the freeway :)
The original Neener FIVE was a nasty hide that bordered on
criminal. Neener FIVE version 2 is somewhat less nasty and it is
unlikely to offend any sensitive geocachers. I'm happier too :)
After solving the puzzle find your way to ground zero and start
your search. You don’t need to take anything apart and the cache is
NOT under shrubs or in trees.
