Pavilion Pavlova (hidden by Anna, get it?) is in a small park we found recently while checking out the nearby cafe - which apparently used to be a lot more affordable years ago. What a nice little spot just begging for a cache. So we returned to place one - in the middle of a band of thunderstorms and got totally saturated. But hey, what's wrong with being on the highest point around with thunder overhead?
You are looking for a 1 litre camo Sistema on top of the obvious feature. It looks like the locals used this as a party area on NYE to please ensure the cache is suitably covered after caching duties are done. Even though you can park right next to the cache the last little bit requires a degree of fitness and small children should be left below.
The final ascent requires a little scrambling but shouldn't present any problems to a fit adult.
Did you know that NSW has a geocaching association? Geocaching NSW aims to enhance and improve the activity of geocaching and holds regular events where geocachers meet to enjoy their common interests. Visit the association website here.
