This place is an ode to Banjo, who gave us much prose to enjoy
Australian author and poet Andrew 'Banjo' Paterson was raised in the Yass region. A small park within the heart of Yass township commemorates him. The park contains lovely shady trees for weary travelers, and a play area to refresh the kids. Plenty of parking. Shops including coffee are a stone throw away. Soldiers club across the street is another option for meals, but there are also other places in the main street too.
Small cache, so could handle some swappables, but bring own pen! Rectangular shaped tupperware container, around 4x9x12cm. Clear sides, with blue clips on lid.
