Geocache Description:

This is a puzzle cache located at a playground and hill that I
enjoy to sled down very much. You'll be needing to do some counting
at the additional waypoints listed to find the final.

Here is the outline of the coordinates for finding the final:

N 41 21.ABC W 072 00.DEF

Now here are the places you'll need to go:

The Bumpy Slide

N 41 21.259 W 072 00.058

At the Bumpy Slide, you'll need to find one piece of info.

How many bolts are holding the handrail in
place?

Divide this number by 2. This new number will represent letter
F.

The Swings

N 41 21.264 W 072 00.055

Here you'll pick up two pieces of info.

How many baby swings are there?

How many regular swings are
there?

These two numbers will represent A and C, respectively.

The Mini Castle

N 41 21.254 W 072 00.041

You'll find three pieces of info at this waypoint.

N 41 21.254 W 072 00.041

How many steering wheels are
there?

This will represent letter D.

How many rungs are on the monkey
bars?

This will represent letter B.

How many benches are there on the whole
playground?

This will represent letter E.

Okay, now you have all your numbers to have a full set of coordinates. Go find it!

Wait! One last thing. If you are attempting this cache in winter and there is snow on the ground, you'll probably want to bring a sled. The cache is somewhere on the big hill, and sledding down is so much more fun than walking down. I sledded down after placing the cache.
