One thing that is immediately noticeable in North Berkeley is so many of the streets are named for California counties. This is a result of an early twentieth century effort to move the state capitol from Sacramento to Berkeley. The ballot measure failed, with only San Francisco, Santa Clara, and Alameda counties voting in favor of the proposal. But the legacy is today we have a geography lesson every time we wander the streets of North Berkeley.
This cache is not visible, but palpable. The area sees much traffic for a residential area: lots of opportunities for muggles to observe cachers, but also provides cover for hanging around. Use stealth as necessary.
