A simple bison in an area in need of a traditional cache
This is the fifth (finally!) of a series of caches dedicated to those films that are sometimes met with great anticipation, sometimes met with a loud, "What were they thinking?!?!" Each cache placed in some way is related to its namesake or some part of the movie.
Cannonball Run was one of those movies that had a very basic premise and a whole entourage of stars getting into all kinds of scenarios - it was by no means a challenge to intellect, but it met its objective very well - it was entertaining. Was there any reason to make a sequel? None that I could think of....so of course, that's what they did.
Cannonball Run II is a pale comparison to the original; but if you just want to be entertained without having to think, it's good for a few chuckles.
I chose Cannonball Run II for this loaction because the movie is dumb people driving crazy - this section of road seems to have alot of people of that ilk who feel it necessary to drive with abandon regardless of crosswalks, pedestrians, etc.
Gladly, this traffic dows not need to be a factor.
