The
Boship Farm Hotel
The 22nd monthly meet organised by the Sussex Cachers remains in
East Sussex and hopes to attract cachers old and new from Sussex
and surrounding areas. It's a great opportunity to match faces to
all those names you are so familiar with in the logs! It will take
place at The Boship Farm Hotel, Lower Dicker, near Hailsham, East
Sussex BN27 4AT from 7pm on Wednesday 20th January 2010.
The Boship is situated on the main A22 near Hailsham. Food is
served all day until 9.30ish.
These monthly mid-week cache events in Sussex have been running
for a few months now and are gradually becoming solid fixtures in
the diaries of cachers across the South East. Attendances are
growing, with new cachers always particularly welcome. The events
are scheduled to take place on the third Wednesday of each month,
each time at a different location across Sussex and hosted by a
different cacher or caching team.
There are many existing caches in the area for those who can
arrive before the dark evening draws in.
Ken, (martletsman), has been approached by the rangers of the
Seven Sisters Country Park asking if we geocachers would once again
do a CITO operation at Cuckmere Haven.
If we do they will provide us with a light lunch afterwards.
Date will be Saturday 24 April a.m when the tide will be
right.
