The Kookapakhijoians are up to it again. They have stragetically placed a small device in a hidden area to watch what ye meek mortals are up to.
The "Kookapakhijo", had existed on the prairies of North America but very little is known about them. They are suspected to be a very intelligent and highly motivated race with the use of their sophisicated advanced technology and, also the use of their mind-power. Very little information can be found about this civilization as any accountable records seem to always mysteriously disappear.
The posted coordinates are bogus. To find the small hidden device, one must solve the puzzle below. First, insert the numbers from the list to fit the "less-than", "greater-than" and "equal" signs to complete the grid. ("Signs" always have the open end towards the larger integer, for example ~~ (3 < 5 and 2 > 1.) Once the grid is filled in, complete the mathematical calculations to determine each integer as shown in the decimal minutes of the "unknown" coordinates.
