The cache is located close to a small look-out. This is a lovely (and dare we say "romantic") spot from which to view the moon rising over the waters of Waterloo Bay (part of Moreton Bay). Seeing the "diamonds" sparkle across the water as the huge full moon rises is a special treat.

In case you would like to time your visit to see the "Moon Diamonds" here are the full moon dates for this year:

If you are visiting at night take care as you search for the cache as the bank drops off quickly...take a torch and watch the geo-kids.
