A place to sled (not right now, but soon)
I've had this cache hanging around my back yard for years, finally planted it elsewhere. To spend your time wisely look for the log first, the cache will follow. Don't forget to take your sleds and let the little ones have fun, while you keep your frustration under control.
Also, note that GPSRs get crazy under electric magnetic fields.
This one isn't snow friendly. So better get it before the next storm or take a shovel.
I went out early the morning this cache was born for a final check on this cache and too see if there was any early bird FTFer out and about. As I passed the cache location I saw a dozen cow elks standing directly on the cache. Even though they didn't log it, I must consider them the first to finders on this one.
Additional warning: Watch out for large frozen Elk footprints in the snow/ice/ground that may turn an ankle.
