An easy cache that can be done as a cache & dash or as part of a longer walk.
Apart from regular cachers, this cache has been sited in order to encourage members of youth movements such as Scouts, Guides, Boys Brigade, etc. to leave their group name strip in the cache, regardless of whether they use the campsite or not. Feel free to also leave your group name on the log. Parking is available on the grass verge opposite if you wish to do a cache & dash. Alternatively, why not incorporate it into a walk along a number of footpaths in the area, one of which runs alongside the campsite. There is no need to drift off the path and dogs should be kept on a lead at all times whilst in the camp grounds. Please note that the area can get very busy, particularly at weekends so some stealth may be required. Please re-hide the cache well.
