If you haven't looked at your June event list, you better. Did you know that the WGS event starts at 830 Sat morn, then this HUGE Geocaching event!
Donations! We need your donations: Cash and CACHES, plus anything that you have that would have make this a great event!
We are looking for 50 ready made caches that we can hide, then use as silent auctions, door prizes, drawings, etc. We hope to have even more door prizes, and maybe some special giftls all for the picnic.
We hope to have some addtional caches published in the area, that will be regular caches. If you would like to help with this, please get in contact with me.
Anyone up for a new night cache after the picnic?
Geocaching - we will have a group of special geocaches hidden on Beech lake Property.
Want to help hide caches? Drop me e-mail message , we will assign you aspecial secton of the area and let you hide caches in that area. Don't have any caches ready? We have some already donated, so we can help you out.

Special Event T-shirts: We are finalizing the art and will take orders atthe WGS event on May 1st. Stay tuned for more information, all order need to be placed and paid for by May 9th at 5 pm. Yes, we will have adult shirts, youth shirts and even women's cuts.

Build a Cache - Need help putting a cache together? We'll have some empty containers, some spray paint, logbooks, swag, ect to help you get started. Have spare containers, log books, ect to donate? Bring 'em
Door prizes: we are accepting donations for door prizes, we'll have a drawing. Care to donate? Leave us a log, So far:
cantuland = I'm going to donate a couple ammo boxes, prepainted, and prestocked with logbooks and trade items...and, if needed, I'll donate coordinates for likely hiding spots somewhere in the Sedgwick-County-and-surrounding-counties vicinity.

KansasIris: Nine ready made caches. We'll hide these, then recycle them and use then as foor prizes
James Bridger HUGE package with a bunch of ready made caches, geocoins, SWAG, Ammo box ready to hide, full STUFFED with goodies. I'll try to get a picture uploaded.
Picnic: Bring a coved dish, drinks etc. We plan to have a grill there. Leave a note, and we'll assemble the list into the post for easy status updates.
