This cache is located in an historic city park about a half-block in size. Do take time to stroll the park and read the signs providing history of the site located near the park's fountain. In season, you are likely to see local farmers selling their produce here. Muggle activity may be high at times, so please use stealth in retrieving and rehiding the cache.
We placed this cache here because it is located near the house in which we grew up and to honor our two parents who were long-time residents of this historic city. There are two memorial maple trees planted in the park with a nice plaque in front of each.
This should be a fairly easy "stroll and grab" type cache. Enjoy our hometown!
