Geocache Description:

Victory Park the smallest park for the City of Tempe.

I bike pass this park from time to time take a minute to enjoy the hand painted tiles. The tiles were painted by kids from a local elementary class. Beware of muggles if you cache and dash always use stealth. There are two prizes one for FTF and a prize for 2ndTF.
