LOVE AND GEOCACHING ARE IN THE AIR EVENT IV: 12:00p.m. - 4:00p.m


The SETX community are welcomed to the Fourth Annual Love and Geocaching are in the Air Event and Texas Challenge 2010 Event Strategy Meeting. Newbies, this is a great way to meet your fellow geocachers from the SETX area, put geo-names to faces and learn a thing or two about geocaching. The 2010 Texas Challenge will be discussed early, and I will provide information regarding the 2010 Texas Challenge at the event for other attendees, who can not make it to the earlier meeting, to consider joining the SETX group and their effort to bring home the GOLDEN AMMO CAN.



The meal will be a potluck dinner, served at 1:00p.m., please plan a special meal to share with the rest of the group. A special pathtag has been made and is completed. Geocaching talk, trading and swaping of geocoins and pathtags promised. We are fortunate to have a very welcoming club manager, who looks foward to our big event every year.


SETX TB Race winners will be announced. A round of applause for all tb's and geocoins that made it around the country and world to participate in the prestigious event. A bigger thank you to Kirbydox and others for their efforts in keeping the geo-community updated on the race results. There will not be another TB Race for 2010.


GSGuru will also be at the event accepting items for care packages for our soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan. Please show your support for our soldiers by bringing any of the following: beef jerky, pringles, toiletry items, powdered drink mixxes, tea, home made fudge, magazines, q-tips, shower gel, black or brown pony tail holders, baby powder, puzzle books, pens and pencils. Please contact GSGuru for any further information, but this is a great collection opportunity for GSGuru and her continued support of our soldiers.
