Geocache Description:

This is a lunch event, for local cachers to catch up, and a chance to meet each other before the Wagga Wagga Mega Event.


We will start gathering in Noreuil Park, Albury at 12.30pm on Sunday 7th March. Bring along your lunch, and get to meet some of the other local cachers, or other cachers passing through town.
The event will last approximately 2 hours for introductions, signing of the event log, and logging of coins/TBs. We'll also have a chance to talk about the caches that are available locally, and what plans we might have for caching in the future in the Albury/Wodonga area

Those who are heading up to Wagga Wagga in April, can make travel plans, and know that there'll be a few friendly faces when they get up there at Easter. If we're lucky, one or two of the Mega Event organising committee might come down and give us an update on what'll be happening up there. As at 08.30am on Sunday, it's raining heavily. If it's still raining at the time the event is due to start, we'll relocate to a covered location, still within the park, at 36º 05.130' S, 146º 54.529' E. For any info please feel free to call Alan on 0413 082 086.
