Geocache Description:

STASH YER GPS! JUST READ THE STORY!

This cache is in honor of a story about the greatest hobby on the planet. Want to read the story? check here: (visit link)

Parking could be tricky in this area, but there are places not very far away to park.

This cache is a replacement for the original (GC20GGE) which had to be archived after the containers kept getting muggled. Like the original, it is very important to use stealth to avoid this one going missing as well.

You are looking for a bison tube, so obviously a pen is not provided inside the cache.

THE COORDINATES WILL ONLY TAKE YOU SO FAR, SO YOU WILL HAVE TO USE YOUR GEOSENSES TO MAKE THE FIND. We apologize for this fact, but due to the interference from the buildings, it has proven nearly impossible to get a better GPS reading. Therefore, we will provide plenty of help here in the description to lead you in the right direction. (It's only a 1/1 anyway, so what the heck!)

The building is the former location for the Sun Sentinel newspaper. Cachers will not draw attention to themselves during the search though, as many people often hang out at Ground Zero. Residents at the building next door often walk their dogs through the area, and occasionally passerby's stop to rest on the benches directly near the parking lot. We are referring to the two benches along the wall, not the picnic tables nearby. The cache is within 15 feet of these benches and is NOT in the bushes. Maybe there is an opening in the pillar where a bison tube could fit. (again, it's a 1/1, which means it's visible in plain sight and wheelchair accessible)

If anyone does happen to ask what you are doing, feel free to let them know you're playing a game and that the hide was done by an SS employee (and that the company is aware of it being there). While we doubt there would be any problems, if any cachers get a hard time about it, you can reach me at 754-234-9016 to verify the harmlessness of your visit.

Just a short walk away is another great cache at a very scenic location (Visual Imagery Reloaded, GC1069H) by the great cache-master himself, ePeterso2. If you haven't already, be sure to visit that one as well.

If you are so interested, feel free to read the story online, and post a comment on it (it could double as a log for this find!) If you choose to do so, please put the GC code in your comment post so I will know you're one of us non-muggles.

Happy caching!
