The only hard thing about accessing this cache is climbing the
gate/fence at the trailhead, and it's probably easiest on the left
hand side. Then it is a simple matter of taking a short, easy walk
along a good firetrail to the cache, and enjoying the views from a
different perspective.
A few months ago, I stopped at the guardpost and asked if it was
ok for people to bushwalk along the firetrail outside the security
fence, and the guard said that it was fine.
Just one thing, please don't go at night and spook any guards.
Please don't touch the fence - just stick to the firetrail.
