It seems like the only people familiar with this area are those who play softball/baseball or live nearby. Therefore this seems like a great place for a cache.
I would love for you to come to this location to see all that this area has to offer. Of course now the number one feature is this cache, but besides that, it has basketball and horseshoe areas, picnic sites and shelters, a nice playground, grass for the mini-geocachers to enjoy, restrooms and I think there might be some baseball fields here too. The terrain is flat and the cache site is fully accessible if you can get up a standard roadside curb.
Beware of muggles!! They may be observing from all directions.
