3pollyc: Decided today on the way home from out Southern caching trip to check on our caches. We LOVED this location because it gave people a visual view of the inside workings of a prairie elevator.
The last time this was sought was in 2012 -- it was essentially DNFed twice by the same person.
So today when we arrived we were hedging our bets as to whether it was still there!
Voila!!! There it was.
J collected and we will take it home, maybe to be relocated to another location.
Thank you to the 10 cachers who made the find (8 in 2010, 1 in 2011 and 1 in 2012). There just is not enough traffic here to keep a cache going when it is so far from home -- made maintenance a challenge -- but not really! It just proved to be well hidden!
