You are going to need a boat for this cache because F.B.I. stands for Ferry Baker Island and it is located in the Snohomish River.
This should not be a difficult paddle or you can take a power boat to the cache location. You may get a little wet and muddy, but the container should be easy to find. You should be careful of the changing tides and currents in this area and plan your trip accordingly.
