Is part of a series of caches called 'Molly's walk' and is a circular walk from Oundle to near Glapthorn, to Cotterstock and back to Oundle.
This cache has been planted in the space between Hide and Seek and A game of two halves to pass the time on the way!
A pleasant walk along the river from Hide and Seek to progress to A Game of Two Halves (or vice versa). This can be done by continuing along the river or there are many paths leading up the bank to join the public footpath which runs along the top of the woods.
The river path is sometimes muddy following wet weather.
A 35mm Film canister with a log sheet and small pencil and Molly card.
A good order to do the caches would then be - Game of Two Halves - Barney Rubble -Rolling stones -Nook in the Brook - The Finishing Post - Branching Out - Swing Bridge - When the Boat Comes in (To get to the other side of the river go up and over the road bridge, contine along the road turn right just before texaco garage, continue past the park and right into St Peters Road, this route will also take you past caches Oundle micros: Oundle Bridge and 'The Rec') and to the cache Molly's Walk - The Black Hole -Woody woodpecker - Hide and Seek.
