Geocache Description:


This cache is designed to allow locals and Highway 99 traveler’s a location to drop off and pick up Travel Bugs and Coins to help them along with their journeys. This is not a conventional cache, there is no swag just Travel Bugs, Coins and a Log Book.

Why a bug hotel?

• You picked up a bug somewhere and realized you cannot help in goal so you need an easily accessible place to drop it so maybe someone else can.
• You are feeling a little guilty about that bug you have been holding on to for weeks.
• You are about to travel and want to grab a bug to help along its journey.
• You are in from out-of-town and want an easy pickup/drop-off spot.
• You have a new bug to release and you need a good cache to place it in.

How to use the hotel:

• Exchange Travel Bug’s and Coin’s one for one. But if you are able to help a Travel Bug’s goal please take it even if you don’t have an exchange. If you want to leave more then you take that is definitely OK.
• Log your first visit to the hotel as a “Found” and any subsequent visits to drop off or pick up travel bugs as a “Note”.
• Add this cache to your watch list so you will be notified when guests arrive or depart.
• This hotel only has room for Bugs and Coins. Sorry no swag.
