Esplugues de Llobregat fue durante una década ciudad de cowboys. A mediados de los años sesenta, el municipio acogió los estudios de Balcázar Producciones donde se grabaron más de 200 westerns de producción propia y extranjeros donde pasaron actores de la talla de Robert Taylor, Charles Boyer, Broderick Crawford, Lex Barker, Capucine, Christopher Lee, Klaus Kinski y muchos más.
El paso de la autopista A-2 se encargó en 1967 de recortar parte del poblado, que se reconstruyó unos metros más allá. Ya en el declive, los problemas económicos de los Balcázar y la ralentización de la industria del cine español hicieron el resto. En el rodaje de la última producción en Esplugues, Le llamaban Calamidad (Alfonso Balcázar, 1973), se incendió el poblado, pero esta vez no era ficción, sino que se quemó de verdad aprovechando que se iba a abandonar.
El caché está situado muy cerca de los antiguos estudios Esplugues City, concretamente en la extensión del Parc dels Torrents, un lugar muy tranquilo y bonito y con pocos geo-mugglers. Incluso podréis ir en busca del cache de noche.

-Un dado de póker
-Un buho de barro
-Una canica marrón
-Un absorbe-humedad

Esplugues de Llobregat was during ten years a cowboy city. In the mid sixites, the cinema studios "Balcázar Producciones" arrived to Esplugues and there they filmed more than 200 westerns (national and international productions) with Hollywood actors such as Robert Taylor, Charles Boyer, Broderick Crawford, Lex Barker, Capucine, Christopher Lee, Klaus Kinski and much more.
During the construction of the A-2 highway, the studios had to move to other part of Esplugues. The economical problems of the Balcázar Studios and the decline of the Spanish cinema finished with the aspirations of the studios. During the filming of the last production in Esplugues City, ("Le llamaban Calamidad" - Alfonso Balcázar, 1973) the cowboy city burned down, but this time it was not fiction. The cowboy city really burned down taking advantage of the fact that the studios were going to be abandoned.
The cache is located close to the old Esplugues City studios, specifically in the "Parc dels Torrents" park. It's a very quiet and beautiful place with very few geo-mugglers. You can even go there at night and you will find the cache without problems.
