Geocache Description:

Caching 101 - Magnetic tin in the new Paseo Vista Recreation Area

Inspired by a series found in S. Cal where a walking path around a community was turned into a survey of caching containers. In a matter of 2.5 miles and 13 caches an individual would have an excellent introduction to the sport. I'm attempting to recreate this situation within city parks in S. Chandler. To this end, the cache is not intended to be overly difficult to locate.

For those who know the area you'll remember that this recreation area sits on a former land fill. Chandler is setting the standard for parks and rec in the state. I've never seen a dog park this large. 18 holes of Frisbee Golf including landfill appropriate obstacles. Top it off with a huge playground, archery range (are you kidding me), and a running track connecting to the river walk.

Will hold a geocoin but that's about it. Bring your own pen (BYOP).
