The cache is a micro in a soda bottle preform. To find the cache, you will need to find the plaque in the picture below. This is a very old picture and the park has changed quite a bit sense it was taken, but the main feature has not changed.
Latitude of the Cache:
There are two dates printed on the plaque marking a tragic period. One of those two dates is evenly divisible by three and the other is not. Take the last two digits of the date that is NOT evenly divisible by three and multiply this two digit number by three. Take the number you get away from the last three digits of the given plaque latitude and that is the latitude of the cache.
Longitude of the Cache:
Add the number of names on the plaque to the last three digits of the given longitude and that is the longitude of the cache.
You can check your answers for this puzzle on Geochecker.com.
This is a nice park and an easy puzzle. It is really kid friendly but do beware of muggles. Please make sure you re-hide the cache just as you found it.
Congratulations to Biga800 and The Pugnuts for FTF.
