Due to my advancing age, I (and my doctor) am concerned about the possibility of my experiencing a medical situation while on the road to Maintain one or more of my 120 GC Geocaches and 50 GCA Geocaches.
If you live near this Geocache, or regularly travel near it, you might be interested in Adopting this Geocache (or more of mine). Please let me (WanderingAus) know by Message at
Geocaching Message Center
if you are interested, including the cache code or codes
(e.g GC22YAD for this cache).
Due to the temporary nature of pens and pencils in my geocaches

After GCNEFG Heart of the Great Southern by Phil & Sigrid Justrackin was archived I placed GC1Q43C WanAus 90 - Chevy Chase on the truck which was the home of GCNEFG Heart of the Great Southern.
Despite multiple DNFs it seems that the archiving of the cache was premature, because the film canister was found by at least ten cachers while searching for GC1Q43C WanAus 90 - Chevy Chase, some of whom failed to find my cache. While on a three day visit to Katanning to show three of our granchildren the All Ages Playground and the Katanning Miniature Railway, I found and retrieved the film canister, and have placed it inside this cache as an item of interest. I have invited the owners to collect their cache, but until they do it should make interesting reading.
The cache is not at the above co-ords but it is where you will find the information to locate GZ. You should find yourself facing an information board relating to a tourist attraction.
Using the code A = 1...Z = 26 convert the first two words of the bottom sentence on the sign to a three digit number ABC.
Using the code A = 1...Z = 26 convert the second word of the two word statement above the bottom sentence on the sign to a three digit number DEF.
The cache can be found at GZ S33°42.(A+D)(E-B)(B+F)' E117°33.(B-D)E(B-D)'
In spring the area around GZ is a wildflower wonderland, and all year round there is abundant wildlife in the early morning and late afternoons. There is parking a short walk from the cache at S33°42.165' E117°33.076'. No need to bush-bash until a few metres from the cache, just follow the track until it gets close.
The cache is a drab camo'ed 170mm X 170mm X 80mm square cliplock. Initial contents are First, Second, Third and Fourth To Find cards, finders cards, mini multitool with led light and pouch, water baloons with pump, 'Citroen 02' car, 'King Harold' (the frog) Shrek figurine, sheep, dinosaur, log book, pen, pencils & sharpener. Please be sure to put the lid on tightly and conceal it as found, and watch out for muggles.
When trading items please consider trading up or trading even and leaving items that you would want to find, and please don't take the pen, pencil or sharpener. If you can't trade up or trade even I don't mind seeing TNLNSL in the log. Also please don't put the pen or pencils in the log book bag, it tends to destroy the watertight integrity.
Trackables (geocoins and travel bugs) are not tradeable items. Please feel free to take them without making a trade, but please leave a note in the logbook and your online log, and do log them online.
