Geocache Description:

Small container within easy access from the route up the stream. No prizes for guessing what the relevance of the name is.

A remote cache designed to lure any hunters in the caching community up a challenging Kaikoura stream.

As with any back-country excursions you should go prepared for all types of weather including a good tent.

The cache is located a few metres fro the campsite I used when there with a friend. There is a tarpaulin left hanging in the trees you could set up and use as a shelter if you also chose to stay there.

Please contact DOC for any possible restrictions that may be in place before you set off.
