Geocache Description:


Inspired by dak’s Emu Mob’s wonderful ’Yes, but is it art?’ series and Alansee’s burgeoning Mural series, our sixth cache is one along similar lines although this one is tinged with more than a little controversy.

To the west of GZ, you will see a wall that has had, shall we say, a significant paint job. On Googling ‘Wild Child Artists’ (the major tag on the southern 2/3 of the work), it appears that it is most definitely graffiti and that gives rise to the potential controversial nature of the cache. But what do you think about it though, is it art, a mural or just some mindless vandalism? I’ll let you decide.






Anyway, on to the cache: The cache is a camouflaged 70 mm tube but it shouldn’t be too difficult to find. It only contains a log book and pencil although there is a small FTF prize for the lucky person, no trade necessary.

Please reattach it how you found it and if the camo starts to deteriorate, let me know and I’ll fix it up.

On a workday, you might be being watched from several of the factories around GZ so please take some care. Outside work hours though, you’ll probably have the spot pretty much to yourself and will most likely even be able to park about 1-2 metres from GZ.

As with all our caches, no-one knows that this is coming on line so the FTF will be won fair and square. Good luck!
