Whissendine is an attractive village with a working windmill and interesting church.
The ducks of the village can sometimes be seen swimming in the brook that runs by the village green or sometimes they rest under the weeping willows in the gardens of the White Lion.
A small key-lock micro cache situated in the village of Whissendine in Rutland, between the two local hostelries. You can park near the village green, or in Main Street.
Be careful of traffic (and muggles) when crossing the road to retrieve the cache and please take care how you replace it - try to keep it out of sight of other pedestrians.
You will need your own pen or pencil, as there is only a small logbook in the micro cache. There is a small pin badge for the FTF.
