It is best to park across the street from the Parks and Leisure Services Department. Do not go down the hill.
After getting suspicious looks from several people as I scouted locations for caches, I figured it was time to explain geocaching to the director of the city parks in Laredo. My appointment was the next week, so I hoped to place a cache in his front yard to give him a hands-on experience in finding his first cache. This is an easy find, especially if it is not your first.
