This is mystery cache located in center of Nagasaki city.
Your mission is as follows.
1: Decode codes.
2: Get coordinates.
3: Find the cache.
The Cache is not at the coordinate. Open coordinates show Nagasaki City Library.
However, it will be hard to find the hint of the decryption there.
The hint rather hides in your PC not the library.
Cache is hidden in less than 300m somewhere from open coordinates.
This is a micro-magnet-cache (about 10*10*50mm size), so a pen is not contained in it.
