Cach is a 1/2 liter (pint) box. Located on private property, with permission of management. DO NOT VIOLATE THE SECURITY FENCE. Cach is located on the "Public Access" area of the property. Parking in the Visitor/Guest parking lot is permitted. Cach is off the ground, and winter friendly. Camouflaged.
Cach is located within arms length of hard surface pavement. Parking immediately available. Low risk of muggles. Cach has room for a few small trade items. I left a fridge magnet, a couple keyrings, organ donor pin, fire dept pin, and a rubber chicken.

To answer a question "NTSC" is the old analog TV modulation format used in North America. PAL and SECAM formats were used in other areas of the world. We are no longer using NTSC, and are now transmitting TV on one of several digital formats.
Note: Most of the security guards here are aware of the cache (and geocaching) but we do have an occasional new guard due to staff rotation. If asked, just tell the guard what you are doing, and ask the guard to contact engineering dept.
